The immersive vest
An 81-actuator haptic vest for 4D cinema, driven from a film’s closed-caption timestamps.
A wearable that lets an audience feel the film. Thirty-eight vibration motors, twelve solenoids, seven air cuffs and twenty-four LEDs respond to cues read from the film’s closed-caption timestamps, controlled over a cloud service.
